In addition to expertise and efficiency in the production and sale of special technical parts and components Teigler also has broad consulting skills relying on more than 40 years of experience in developing solutions for individual and special technical customer needs.

Teigler is an advisor in the development of materials to optimize components that are exposed to high wear due to temperature or mechanical stress.
Following customer specifications we deliver tailor made solutions (recipes).
In our laboratories we carry out mechanical-dynamical tests as well as vulcanisation tests. If desired, these tests can also be taken over by independent institutes.

Apart from manufacturing parts in rubber and synthetics Teigler also does rubber or Vulkolan (PU) coating of customers’ metal parts of any geometry whether they are complete parts, reworked parts or even entire modules.

Our laboratory service covers mechanical, optical, electrical and chemical tests. In addition to our own skills we cooperate with external laboratories.
